Att tänka på när ni letar sponsorer

För att en klan ska klara av att kunna åka runt på olika evenemang och finnas online 24/7 utan att gå under rent ekonomiskt så krävs det sponsorer. Många lag anlitar managers för att jaga tag på företag som kan tänkas sponsra deras verksamhet. Oftast så faller sökandet på en rad misstag som enkelt kan undvikas om man bara tänker efter lite. Företaget Excellent-Servers har skrivit en lista med fyra punkter som ett lag bör ha i åtanke innan de skickar iväg ett mail.
- Exponering
Det är inte så viktigt för en sponsor om ett lag vinner eller kommer 5a. Det viktiga är att laget spelar mycket och visar upp sig så att en sponsor syns. - Kontinuitet
Ett lag som byter spelare som en normal människa byter strumpor är inget ett företag kommer att satsa på. - Arbete
Att få ett sponsorkontrakt är ingen gratis räkmacka. Räkna med reklamjippon och andra saker som ni måste ställa upp på. - Uppförande
Ett företag förväntar sig att det lag som dem sponsrar uppför sig på ett vuxet och moget sätt.
De skriver även upp saker som ett företag INTE är intresserade av att veta.
- Vad ni ska eller kommer att göra. Har ni inte gjort det ännu så är chansen liten att det blir av.
- Vad ni behöver eller vill ha. Företag vill tjäna pengar inte förlora pengar genom att ge bort pengar gratis.
Dessutom så finns det en till otroligt viktig punkt som de flesta ofta glömmer bort och det är att korrigeringsläsa sina mail innan man skickar dem. Ett rättstavat mail med korrekt meningsbyggnad väger tyngre än ett felstavat dito. Ta gärna hjälp av de inbyggda stavningsfunktionerna som finns i dagens moderna mail- och skrivprogram. Detta har ni mycket att vinna på i längden.
Sätt er tillsammans ner i laget och tänk igenom vad ni verkligen har ett erbjuda företaget, vad ni har för mål och hur ni ska uppnå dem och sist men inte minst, vilka ni är.
